New Powertrain

The 2021 Mazda CX-30 Turbo and Turbo Premium trims swap out the old 2.5L four-cylinder engine for the new turbocharged 2.5L four-cylinder engine. With premium fuel, the engine produces 250 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. Unlike the non-Turbo models, all CX-30 Turbo models have standard AWD and are unavailable in FWD. Like the Preferred and Premium trims before them, the Turbo and Turbo Premium have all the features of the 2.5 S and Select models. That includes Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a 7-inch digital gauge display, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, and much more.

Turbo Features

The 2021 CX-30 Turbo is almost identical to the Preferred trim, excepting the new powertrain. That means it has a moonroof, heated front seats, and an eight-way power adjustable driver’s seat with memory settings. Notably, the Turbo has synthetic leather upholstery.

Turbo Premium Features

The 2021 CX-30 Turbo Premium exactly matches the Premium trim when it comes to additional features. Other than the new powertrain, the Turbo Premium has genuine leather upholstery, a 12-speaker Bose premium sound system, GPS-linked navigation, adaptive headlights, SiriusXM satellite radio, a heads-up display, a power liftgate, and paddle shifters.
