The base 2021 Mazda CX-30 trims (2.5, Select, Preferred, and Premium) are all powered by a 2.5L four-cylinder engine. It produces 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2.5 and the Select trims both come standard with FWD, but AWD is an available option. FWD models are EPA-estimated at 25-city/33-highway mpg. Similarly, AWD models are rated at 24-city/31-highway mpg.
